Speech-Language Pathology Faculty Maryville University
The Department of Communication Disorders at Maryville University (St. Louis) has an opening for an Assistant/Associate Professor with a specialty in child language. The position will begin Fall 2017. The department is housed in Walker Hall, a state-of-the-art facility, and is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA). Candidates need to possess the CCC-SLP and qualify for a Missouri SLP license. Candidates must be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Candidate must hold either a PhD or EdD in speech-language pathology or related field (ABD applicants will be considered)
• CCC-SLP certification
• Eligible for Missouri license
• Expertise in the following areas will be preferred (but other areas will be considered): child language disorders, articulation and phonology, and fluency.
