Many business and organization leaders answered the call to participate in the work required to implement the framework within your organizations.
The Inclusive Excellence Framework reaffirms a commitment to growing and sustaining a diverse and inclusive working environment. Diversity Awareness Partnership – Columbia is committed to strengthening our community by facilitating important and difficult discussions on race relations and unconscious bias.
